Patricia Campbell

Pat Campbell has worked with the TCI Core Team since its inception to translate TBA's methodology for the workplace. She is the co-author of The Career Development Guidebook and has piloted both Balancing Act and Working from Your Core seminars in the financial and health care industries.  She also instituted TCI's initial processes for measuring and documenting results from our consulting and coaching interventions.

Pat currently serves as Director of the Educational Bridge Center for Notre Dame du Lac. For over 20 years, Patricia Campbell has held a variety of professional and management roles within BankBoston (now Bank of America). As Director of Leadership Practices there, Pat was responsible for leadership and staff development in the Technology and Operations division (over 4000 employees).

Pat's specialty is improving business results through planning and performance improvement. She received her BS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and her MBA from Babson College.
