Kevin Bourne
Kevin Bourne has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources management, leadership and organization development. He led LifeWorks’ nationwide coaching and HR consulting practices from 1996-2008, providing leadership development and organizational-change advisory services. He has advised a diverse client base of Fortune 100 companies in many industries, plus government agencies and large health-care institutions nationwide. Kevin is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Bourne holds a Masters in Organizational Management. He was certified by the Newfield Network as an Ontological coach, and trained in other coaching modalities at the Hudson Institute, the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and at Success Dynamics’ Executive Coaching Institute. Bourne holds the professional credential, “Senior Professional in Human Resources” (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute/SHRM.
Kevin is co-author or contributor to a number of popular industry publications, and a frequent keynote speaker at several professional associations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training & Development and the Alliance of Work/Life Professionals. His research on the effects of employee stress on corporate profitability and organization effectiveness was published in the National Report on Work & Family.
