TCI Core Team

TCI's Core Team provides consulting, coaching, and training services to individuals, leaders, teams and organizations in a wide variety of industries. In addition to our extensive experience in service delivery, TCI's Core Team also researches, tests, and develops new TCI products and services; authors books, and journal articles; and manages TCI's global business.

Sharon Seivert is President of The Coreporation, Inc (TCI) where she and her colleagues bring cutting-edge, proprietary methodologies into strategic consulting, leader development, teambuilding, executive coaching, and training of trainer programs. Her clients range from corporations in diverse industries (financial services, high tech, bio-tech/pharmaceutical, retail, professional service firms, manufacturing) to organizations in the non-profit sector (federal and state governments, healthcare, service organizations, high schools, colleges and universities), to family businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups.Read more

 

Fred Reed is Vice President of TCI. He is a systems scientist, software engineer, consultant, and entrepreneur.  He is engaged in a number of roles in The Coreporation Inc. (TCI), from business development, coaching, and client services to technology products and IT infrastructure.  He designed and implemented the web-based system for managing and administering on-line assessments for TCI.  Previously, Fred has held various management and executive positions in several small and start-up technology businesses.  Read more

 


Michael A. Raphael is TCI's VP for Research and Development. Mike oversees the testing and quality control of all TCI's web-based assessments and reports. Mike has spent over twenty years in top-level management positions in manufacturing, high tech aerospace, and financial service organizations. Positions he has held include: Corporate Manager, Management and Organizational Development for Easco Hand Tools; Management Development Specialist for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft; and Director, Training Research and Development, for the Life Insurance Marketing and Research Association, where he developed programs for the entire life insurance industry. Steven A. Cavaleri, Ph.D. is currently professor of management at Central Connecticut State University. He is a co-author with Sharon Seivert of Knowledge Leadership: The Art and Science of the Knowledge-based Organization. Steve served until recently as Editor of the Learning Organization Journal and Senior Executive Vice President of Knowledge Management Consortium International (KMCI), a Washington, D.C. based research group and professional association. Patricia Campbell has worked with the TCI Core Team since its inception to translate TBA's methodology for the workplace. She is the co-author of The Career Development Guidebook and has piloted both The Balancing Act and Working from Your Core seminars in the financial and health care industries.  

Pat has also instituted TCI's initial processes for measuring and documenting results from our consulting and coaching interventions. Read more

 



Patricia Fox is a versatile professional with more than 25-years of executive management experience, including 15-years of senior-level consulting and executive coaching. Her expertise has been applied in business environments that range from  large corporations to online initiatives and from consulting to entrepreneurial ventures.

A senior strategist and skilled facilitator, Pat has worked with key leaders in healthcare, professional services, high-tech, marketing and advertising. She has led teams at Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, Fidelity Investments and the Interpublic Group of Companies. Read more


Kevin Bourne
has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources management, leadership and organization development.  He led LifeWorks’ nationwide coaching and HR consulting practices from 1996-2008, providing leadership development and organizational-change advisory services. He has advised a diverse client base of Fortune 100 companies in many industries, plus government agencies and large health-care institutions nationwide. Kevin is based in Cleveland, Ohio. Michael Halperin has 30 years of consulting experience, with particular expertise in large-scale organizational change interventions, installing organizational learning capabilities, policy development and analysis, customer service, program design and evaluation, team-building, and executive coaching. He is also experienced in many aspects of leadership development, including needs assessment, design and development in a wide range of critical business topics, delivery and facilitation, staffing, coaching and mentoring, marketing, and evaluation.
