The Organizational Balance Profile

The Organizational Balance Profile (OBP) is a strategic assessment, planning, and organization development tool that offers objective feedback to decision makers about how strong their organization (and/or parts of that organization) are in each of the 5 Elements of Success.

The OBP can be administered to large multi-national organizations or small business as a foundation for knowledge-based strategic planning or major change efforts. The OBP is designed for individuals to give helpful feedback anonymously, and it allows senior managers to divide that feedback into categories where it would be most useful (eg. by geography, management/labor levels, departments, etc.)

The Core Culture Profile

The Core Culture Profile tests for 10 distinct forms of organizaitonal culture, each of which has very different workplace environments. These Core Cultures respond to change differerently, and also learn in different ways. 

In order to make more effective, and lasting improvements, it helps decision makers to first understand the current state of the organizational culture they are trying to alter--its advantages and disadvantages, and how to optimize that culture to ensure the organization's lasting success.
