For Leaders
The Leadership Balance Profile (LBP) is a powerful developmental tool that provides foundational feedback for unique leadership training and executive coaching programs. These programs are designed to help leaders and managers change pragmatically, over time, as they master six key leadership qualities. When these vital aspects of leadership are developed, balanced and aligned, they significantly increase the effectiveness of any leader. The LBP is available as both a self-assessment tool and a 360 feedback assessment.
Uses of the LBP in organizations include: developing emerging leaders by activating leadership capacity in the workforce, coaching of executives, reducing problem behavior, and retaining talent. The LBP can is also used as a integral component of organizational development (for example, to align teams of decision makers so they accelerate each other's effectiveness within the whole system).
