Directions: The sample questions from the Individual Balance Sheet can help you reflect on your "balance" in each of five key components of your life. Use a blank sheet of paper or print this page to complete this quiz. Write a number from ten (strongly agree) to one (strongly disagree) to indicate the extent to which that statement is true or not true of you.
